Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LlamaBot's AI automation platform and services ("Service") provided by LlamaBot ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the LlamaBot platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

LlamaBot provides AI-powered automation tools, workflows, and customer support solutions on a subscription (SaaS) basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at alexofze@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as described in Section 5.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of a new subscription, contact us at alexofze@gmail.com for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology of the LlamaBot platform are owned by LlamaBot and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data submitted to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LlamaBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
